This is why the political race is far better than Nascar.

I am so excited about what McCain’s tactics are going to be when the primaries are over and the real race begins.
(Its not that I don’t have faith in Holy Huckabee(who alone has faith to spare), because he’s my first choice….but lets be practical)
Because if Hilary is the chosen as the Democratic Runner… it will be a battle of the past between the wife of a draft dodger and a Vietnam War Hero. There will not only be a division of parties, but of hawks and doves or loyal Vietnam supporters or cynical antisupporter. (whether you support the war you should support your troops)
But if Obama is elected… McCain is going to have to play his game. Can an Old man keep up on the train for change? Its going to be innovative vs. innovative: who can do it best?
Also…McCain is being endorsed by the Governor of delegate heavy California which is a democratic state. While Obama has allot of republican followings, “Obamicans.” So they could very easily trade off votes…
But I am afriad that if/when it comes down to McCain for the republicans, that we would loose our Conservative standing. Especially if we go against Obama who is extremely liberal, in-fact he was voted the most liberal senator IN AMERICA. whoah!
I’m just very excited to see what happens.
Especially Hilary’s reaction when she doesn’t get her way.
Is that so wrong?

Nascar OWNS politics! The only way the political race could be better is if Obama knocks Hillary and big Bill on their ass’s.
Ron Ripple Rocks!
Hey Ron, how bout we agree to disagree?
1) There are more collisions in politics
American politics affect everyone. NASCAR…? Not so much.
2) NASCAR can’t tag team in the end
3) NASCAR takes a heck of a lot longer to come up with a winner, and it’s only worth watching the last five seconds
4) When political leaders are sponsored they don’t have to wear “beano” on the back of their suit.
5) The only media NASCAR gets is probably one station and Talladega Nights… Politics are on every news station and we have every Late night talk show. (Excuse me; I forgot NASCAR has Pixar’s “Cars” too)
6) American Politics receive national interest. NASCAR has Georgia and Louisiana.
7) Politics hauls buses all over America. NASCAR only goes in circles..
9) Voters participate… Spectators spectate… and yell and drink beer.
10) NASCAR can change the tires on a car quickly. Politics can change just about anything.
Hmmm. . .
1) I won’t have to worry about the future of my child because of a NASCAR driver’s decision.
2)A NASCAR driver wins of his own merrit and because his team has beaten the competition. A politician wins because he has pointed out more faults in his competitor regardless of his own merrit.
3)If you don’t think drivers can tag-team, you haven’t watched the Daytona 500.
4)NASCAR’s sponsors are actually proud of who they sponsor.
5)NASCAR has prime time on FOX, TNT, NBC, ABC, The Speed Channel, and is mentioned in just about every Sunday and Monday night sports report. (Everything I need to know about politics, I learned on You-Tube)
6)NASCAR events bring in more fans than the Super-Bowl (fact), including races in California, New Hampshire, Florida, North Carolina, etc.
What politician could get that many people to come out for a speech?
7)A NASCAR driver will admit that he is wrong at least once in a while. Politicians pay people to lie so they don’t have to admit they are wrong.
8)NASCAR drivers don’t have speech-writers or tele-prompters. They actually come up with their own stuff on the spot.
9)NASCAR doesn’t use words like “gubernatorial.”
10)There is a public, televised prayer before every NASCAR event.
haha! What about that part to agree to disagree!! =)
Point taken. I dont have anything against NASCAR other than the fact that I have no intrest it.
But i do take intrest in politics. And i think that its something that we as Americans should take seriously, whether or not we do pride in it. NASCAR may make wonderful recreation, but your right when you say it doesnt effect the future of your child.
So which one should we pay more focus to?
